He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Texas State University, and his career has spanned project management, logistics, and compliance tracking—giving him a clear understanding of what it takes to keep crews safe and businesses audit-ready.
He founded Safety Compliance Tracker to help companies simplify their safety systems, especially those juggling DOT and OSHA compliance in fast-paced environments. The software is built from real-world experience to deliver practical, effective solutions.
Christy brings over a decade of leadership in operations, human resources, and safety management to ensure teams, equipment, and worksites operate at the highest standards. Her career spans directing multi-site operations, managing complex HR programs, and implementing rigorous safety protocols across diverse industries—from federal contracting and transportation to large-scale corporate environments.
With a SHRM-CP certification and a background in human services, Christy has led safety initiatives such as PPE compliance, emergency preparedness training, and incident reporting systems that drive accountability and reduce risk. Her approach blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership—building high-performing teams, fostering compliance-focused cultures, and aligning operational practices with both regulatory requirements and business goals.
